I don’t think that I’ve ever bought any kind of beauty products from Avon before {maybe when I first started wearing makeup in Junior High because my grandmother LOVED Avon}, but a friend from church gave me a sample of this lip gloss to try and I was hooked. It is called Glazewear, comes in 16 different colors and 4 kinds of finishes. You can get clear, shine, sparkle and intense. They were on special for $1.99 when I purchased mine {I’m not sure if they are still on sale}, but the regular price is only $6.00.
I purchased 3 different colors. I figured that it was kind of like a buy 1 get 2 free…can’t go wrong with that. These feel really light and smooth on your lips without feeling sticky. I can’t stand a sticky lip gloss. I picked mauve movement in shine and brown sugar & cherry liqueur in intense. I am pleased with all three colors. The mauve movement is a good everyday color. I wish it had a little more brown in it. It is a tad bit more pink than what I normally wear, but I still like it. It provides some color and shine. The cherry liqueur is a great color for when you want a little red, but not too much red…kinda brownish red. It is an intense lip gloss, so it is a bit more like a lipstick with some shine to it. Brown sugar is also an intense, and is perfect for when you are wearing browns or if you want a summery look of facial bronzer and some brown sugar on the lips.
Call up your Avon lady, and see if you can still catch these on sale before they go to regular price. It’s a great deal for a light, smooth, non-sticky lip gloss. You can also buy Avon online at www.avon.com.

I love Avon products – I’ve been wearing their makeup for years. In fact, I bought mascara a few weeks ago that wasn’t Avon and had the hardest time getting it to wash off night after night. (I quickly called my Avon rep and restocked.)
They often run this kind of special on the Glazewear, so if it isn’t on sale at the moment, it probably will be in another brochure or two.
