What I Wore Wednesday

What Grace Wore: Blue, gray, black & purple “watercolor” print dress with empire waist and tie detail by connected apparel bought at TJMaxx.  Strappy sandals with cork detail by Aerosoles, similar to these, also purchased at TJMaxx.  I wore it with a short, dark denim jacket.

Where: to church.  It’s good to have one or two dresses like this – the no fuss, throw on kind that you can wear to work, church, or dinner.

What Melissa Wore: Royal purple ruffle top from the LOFT with Dojo Trouser 7 For All Mankind jeans from HauteLook and black peep-toe pumps from Target.

Where: to the All Things Chic and Shopafrolic Night of Style event at Bloomingdales!

What Jo-Lynne Wore: Navy blue J. Crew sheath (pardon the wrinkles; it looked better before I wore it all day) along with my new You By Crocs Lolasitas. The earrings and necklace are by Stella & Dot. The bracelet is something I think I might have picked up at Target. I hardly ever wear gold jewelry so I dug this out and threw it on. Note to self: find a cute gold bracelet.

Where: to church and out to lunch. The dress is a classic and it can be dressed up or down. I like the fashion-forward styling of the Lolasita, and I feel like they give a bit of an edge to what is otherwise a very classic dress.

What Sarah Wore: I picked up this dress at Old Navy for only $20 in addition to the dress I got with my free spring dress voucher! The blue pearl and bead jewelry is by Premier Designs, and the shoes, which are espadrille wedges with chocolate satin and grosgrain ribbon detail, are from Nordstrom.

Where: to church last week.

What Cita Wore: I picked up this floral print strapless dress at Steve & Barry’s back in the day (designed by Sarah Jessica Parker! And under $10!), combined it for this unseasonably COLD Spring with a black tie front wrap I bought at a thrift store for $3, and black lace pumps from Marshall’s ($29.95). The earring and necklace set were a gift from a friend.

Where: This is what I wore to work!
