I adore my Sorel boots.
The Joan of Arctic Wedge Boot remains one of the items I’m most excited to pull out of my closet come fall. They are so awesome – I get compliments every time I wear them. When I rocked these babies on the runway in NYC for fashion week last year, every single person I was with in the show had only one question… “Where did you get those boots?”
Every shoe I own by Sorel feel as good as they look. My boots combine a rich full-grain leather upper and molded rubber outsole keep feet comfortable and protected in cold winter weather. The leather is wonderfully broken in and soft, too. So even for wearing them into NYC for the day (running around the city, walking and standing almost all day), my feet feel great at the end of the day.
I find that Sorel shoes run a smidge large – mine are all about half a size smaller than I normally wear, so bear that in mind when you order them online.
This year, I’m eyeing the classic Joan of Arctic due to our having moved to the Northeast. Where it is apparently pretty FREAKING COLD AND SNOWY come about November. So I think I need these babies.
Or maybe I want the the Slimpack Riding Tall Boot.
If I had these Chipahko Felt Boots, I would never ever take them off.
My daughter is begging for these Youth Joan of Arcadia boots. Can you blame her?
What can I say? Its genetic!!
