I’m looking for a new hair color. So where else to turn but Pinterest?
Here’s my hair color now… Medium-ish, light brown (with a few greys)
I’m thinking about going with a rich, bark brown for a change. Maybe even chop a bit off?
This pin is what inspired me. Its so simple, yet chic and soft.
But maybe I should go lighter?
I LOVE this color, but it looks light it might be really high-maintenance.
What do you guys think? Light or dark?

DEFINITELY go with the dark and the cut! With you skin tone and eye color, the brown will look gorgeous and so striking on you! My natural hair color is almost the same as yours (with a few more greys) and my eyes and skin tone are like yours as well. Last year my stylist finally convinced me to go with a mocha brown color. I finally said “yes” and I have never looked back. I can’t believe the number of compliments I get on my hair, my eyes look brighter and I LOVE it.
Several years ago, I had my hair highlighted like the other picture. When I first had it done, it was so pretty and I adored it. But then, the upkeep became more and more of an issue. I was spending gobs of money and having to get constant trims because after a while then ends of my hair became so dried out from the peroxide along with the wind and sun, I looked like I had major split ends all of the time. It was a pain.
Go with the color and cut in the picture, your face is so pretty anyway, you will look gorgeous!
