Its time for a little Spring cleaning – clean out your drawers and get some new drawers! When I clean out all of our closets in the new year, I always take the time to refresh our underwear! Typically when I start, my drawer looks like this:

First off, you need a great selection of . There’s no excuse, Ladies. I’m obsessed with Maidenform – these are so light and soft, its like you’re wearing nothing at all. And they are completely seamless – with zero elastics or binding. And at these prices, worth every penny!
For working out, you need something breathable. I find or work best. Make sure you have a style that works with the workout that you are doing – thongs are not best for a spin class, for example. Don’t learn that one the hard way!
And, of course, we all need for those special occasions! I have tons of and . They’re lightweight, but still offers firm control that doesn’t make you feel like a sausage.
