The 2011 Grammy Awards were last night, and unless you’ve not seen any media between last night and now we all know that Lady Gaga arrived in an egg. Or a womb. It’s all up for debate.
Now that that’s out of the way, let’s recap the best and worst of the red carpet.
The best dressed were shining in metallic. A shiny dress can go south quickly, but Heidi Klum, Selena Gomez, and Jennifer Lopez rocked it.

Heidi rocked her bod as usual, Selena looks so young and fresh, and JLo’s legs should probably receive a best-dressed award all their own.
Unfortunately, as Miley is about to show us, metallic doesn’t always make it right.

Miley, I know you’re a lot skinnier than that dress made you look.
Jennifer rocked a new slimmed-down bod but unfortunately picked a 9th grade semi-formal dress.
And despite Nicole’s A-list status, her dress is just trying too hard.
