Metallics are popping up everywhere. And its a remarkably easy trend to try! You could go all out with a metallic leather jacket, I guess. But lets be a little more subtle, shall we? There are two really easy ways to try out this trend: Shoes and Bags.
Shoes: There are so many cute shoes in metallic shoes right now. Like these:
So fun, right? These would really spiff up jeans and a black sweater this fall. These wedge sandals from Mossimo at Target are super chic (and super cheap!) To go a little higher end, check out these strappy heels from Aldo (yum!) or these beauties from Nine West. Wow.
Bags: Just to be mean, I'm going to start out with this totally drool-worthy black metallic hangbag from Kate Spade. And this one from Coach. Sorry. Couldn't resist. But on a more budget-friendly note, one of my most recent purchases is this gorgeous Renee DuMarr handbag – The Susie:
This baby is HUGE. I love it. I can fit everything I need for a day out with the three kidlets, snacks, diapers, the works. Its like a totally huge mom-bag disguised as an awesome purse. I get compliments on it every time I wear it and people are always asking me where I got it!
