What Jo-Lynne and Melissa wore: (Jo-Lynne) coral sweater from Banana Republic Factory Outlet, Citizens of Humanity jeans from Bloomingdales, copper ballet flats from Aldo, Orla Kiely bag from a shop online, earrings and necklace from Studio Jewel, green and coral bracelet from JanMary Designs.
I love wearing this sweater at this time of year. The coral is fresh and springy, and the 3/4-length sleeves suit the in-between weather we’ve been having. The denim of the jeans and copper in the shoes lends a nice neutral contrast to the coral, and the bag brings it all together with a bit of whimsy.
(Melissa) black ruffled tunic from Old Navy, Dojo Trouser 7 For All Mankind jeans from HauteLook, black ‘Ellie’ ankle boots from Matisse, earrings from LOFT.
I love this outfit! Its comfy and sleek. I wish I had worn something more colorful… but it was cold and cloudy that morning and I had to do a last minute wardrobe switch. (I did wear my bright purple coat!) I should have not worn those shoes – my feet were killlllling me by the end of the day!
Where: Getting Gorgeous with Degree in New York City!
What Nicole Wore: long-sleeve white tee from Old Navy, brown cowl-neck peacoat from Old Navy (2 years ago), dark rinse skinny jeans from Arden B, red patent flats from Target (5 or so years ago)
Where: over to my mom’s house to see my grandparents who were visiting a last week!
I love this coat because it’s so light that I can wear it all day, outside and in!
What Cita Wore: Brown wool skirt from Ann Taylor, maroon crewneck tee from Ann Taylor, tweed blazer from my mom. She had it custom made for herself in the 70s! Not visible: tights and brown pumps.
Where: Wore to church, and lunch with my godson to be. (Note to self: get awesome spring dress for May baptism) Now that it’s April, I’m avoiding boots and turtlenecks like the plague. And brown is my black, a go-to outfit when I’m in a hurry and don’t know what to wear. I did add hot pink lipstick because I needed something to brighten up my little brown bird look.
What Becky Wore: my Target trench ($8 on clearance a few years ago!)
Where: to work on a stormy day that turned chilly.
What Grace Wore: Cardigan by DKNY Jeans, tunic-length tee from Toggery Organic Design by Kate D’Arcy. Vera Wang leggings from Kohl’s and vintage Via Spiga cowboy boots. Lucite and silver circle watch bought at Sears, seashell and silver pendant necklace found at a yard sale.
Where: to work – I work in a small, casual office. I love leggings this time around as much as I did the first time around. So comfy and versatile! I make sure that the top I wear completely covers my butt and front; anything shorter and movement may shift the clothes around reavealing…well, revealing.
