I have horribly dry, thinning hair. Oh yeah, it’s a joy. I’ve tried everything from expensive treatments to over the counter products, but it is really hard to find something that makes my hair soft and manageable.
When Dove reached out to me and asked if I wanted to try their new line of Nourishing Oil Care hair products, I figured I had nothing to lose. They claim that this product provides weightless nourishment and conquers dry, reckless hair. That’s a pretty big claim, but I’ll try anything at this point.
The collection has a Shampoo/Conditioner, Daily Treatment Conditioner, a Serum and a Leave-in Smoothing Cream, and they sent me all four. I immediately put them to work, and I was delighted with the soft, smooth texture of my hair.
It’s hard to tell in a photograph, but it really is looking better.
I still use my styling serum to give my hair some weight and manageability but I’ve enjoyed using all four of the Dove products. I am using the shampoo and conditioner exclusively, and I use the styling products as needed.
