This trouser is designed to elongate the leg. It sits high on the waist and gets fuller at the bottom so you can wear them over heels. Ideally this pant should come to about 1/2-inch from the floor, no matter what shoe you are wearing. If it is too short, it will make you look frumpy; and if it’s too long, it will just look sloppy. So be sure to choose a heel height that works with the pant and your body, or be prepared to have them hemmed.
