Spot Check!

It’s the holidays, when you go to party after party trying to figure out how to balance your wine glass and your plate and somehow eat all without dropping anything on your dress. But stains happen. We’ll fix them!

RED WINE :: Dilute the stain with a bit of club soda as soon as you see it and blot with a paper towel to absorb as much of the wine as you can. As soon as you get home, rinse your shirt in cold water and rub the stain with a Tide To Go Instant Stain Remover Pen or Oxi Clean Max Force Pre-Treater Gel and wash according to the label instructions.

SALAD DRESSING/OIL :: Sprinkle the stain with baking soda to absorb the oil, blot with paper towel. Apply a stain remover to the stain and launder in the hottest water possible for the fabric.

CHOCOLATE :: Scrape off as much as you can with a spoon and immediately treat with stain remover. When you get home, soak in cold water for 30 minutes, reapply stain remover and launder according to the label instructions.

LIPSTICK :: Treat immediately with a Tide To Go Instant Stain Remover Pen and blot with a paper towel to dry.

**REMEMBER to always check your garment before you put it in the dryer. If the stain is still there, be sure to treat it again before you put it in the dryer, otherwise you may set the stain in the heat of the dryer!**
