Earlier this year, Avon sent me their $24.99 chambray shirt and $34.99 two-tone comfort flats to review. It’s been so miserably cold in Michigan this winter, I couldn’t try these out until a work trip sent me out to a warmer climate. Knowing I had a 5 hour flight ahead of me, I wanted to wear something chic and comfortable.
So I paired this chambray shirt with a pair of black leggings, and thrilled at the ease of dashing through the airport in these cute, comfortable flats.

Forgive my wrinkles. I should have taken this before leaving for the airport, but as usual, I was running a little late… so 8 hours of traveling later, I took this in my hotel room, right before passing out on the bed.
I usually keep jewelry and accessories to a minimum when I travel so I wore a simple watch, earrings, and necklace. Admittedly, I’m not sure the big shirt does much for my figure since it accents my hips and does little to highlight my waist. But I think the chambray would look cute worn open with a tank top over white jeans (maybe with a waist-cinching belt?) in the summer.
Note that I usually wear a medium, but they sent me a small, which still felt a little big on me. Definitely order at least one size down. For $24.99, this shirt is a great deal!
The two-tone comfort flats are adorable, and I get compliments every time I wear them. But while they are comfortable, they also run a little big. I usually wear a size 9, and discovered that they weren’t ideal for running through the airport since my feet kept slipping out. Still, if you can get the right size, these shoes are another great deal at only $34.99. They’ll brighten up any look.
I did receive the chambray shirt and flats courtesy of Avon. As always, all opinions are my own.
