Stay Put.

Do you ever find your eyebrows looking like this?

It reminds me of the story of the lop-eared bunny.  Or was it a puppy?  One ear up and one ear down…  Aw, nevermind.

Suffice it to say, it drives me and my OCD crazy when I look in the mirror and see the hairs on my eyebrows poking down.  I always use an eyebrow brush when I do my makeup in the morning, but invariably at some point in the day, I find myself needing to groom them.

That is until I discovered this.

Eyebrow gel.

I’m not necessarily married to the Revlon brand.  It’s just the only eyebrow gel I could find at CVS the night I went looking for it.  I also do not use the pencil, as I much prefer my Vincent Longo Micropencil.  But I am thrilled with the eyebrow gel.  Because when I do this…

My eyebrows stay in place.  Like this!

Looking a little sparse?  That’s because I need to apply my beloved eyebrow pencil.

Ah, that’s better.  Eyebrow gel is my new BFF.

  1. I think I could use some of that!

BTW, I’m a wee bit jealous of your eyebrows. They’re awesome.

  2. I have never tried eye brow gel, but love my Lancome pencil w/brush!

  3. Oh, that’s NEAT! For me to use eyebrow gel would be a bit like a bald man using hairspray, but it’s still very clever. I wonder if you could just use extra hold hair gel and a brush and accomplish the same thing. Not that I’m poo poo’ing the idea of a special product, just that wouldn’t that be a neat trick, in a pinch?

Yeah, I heart your eyebrows too.

  4. I have used a clear mascara for years on my brows. ELF has one for $1 at Target, but I also like the Great Lash Clear Mascara.

I use my Bobby Brown lash brush with BB shawdow for any color, but not all the time.

Lash gel – every day, though. I have some unruly brows.

I also use in in a pinch a toothbrush sprayed with hairspray. Which after reading the post last week I now know can be used for my unruly hairs on my head, too! Oh, this is such a great blog.

I was wondering about this very product the other day. Good stuff to know!!!
