Aveda: Be Curly

Aveda Be Curly

Remember when I showed you how to cut your bans in THIS post and my hair was straight?  Well less than 2 weeks later I applied some Be Curly by Aveda and got these results.

(disclaimer: my hair goes through phases of curly, then straight, then curly, then straight but not normally overnight =).

And yes I know I have a LOT of hair and a double-chin to go with it.

Cool product. Do you think it would work on my hair? My hair is naturally very straight. Do I need to have some natural wave to get the curls? I’m just curious. I want more body. Curly = body in my book. 😀

  2. Wow! That’s impressive.

I could have used this a few years ago when my hair went through a wavy stage to help turn it into curly and nice looking.

  3. @ T withi Honey, I know! I’m curly a lot these days. I finally got my bangs (not shown in pic) so they don’t kerplunk on my head. LOL!

  4. @shades – Yeah I would guess you would need to have a little wave to make it happen. You could try it after you curled it manually? Might help it hold longer.

  5. I wonder if it would help my curls which have a tendency to frizz to hold together better? I’m gonna have to go try it. Thanks for the review.

  6. @Mel DO! And let me know!!!
