One of my biggest struggles since I’ve becoming pregnant has been trying to get enough sleep. (At this point I’m not even trying to get beauty sleep I’m just trying to get enough functional sleep so my brain works in the morning.) I also know that I need as much sleep as I can get because when the baby does finally arrive sleep and I will be parting ways for a while.
My biggest problem seems to be when I wake up in the night (usually to pee) I can’t seem to get back to sleep; my brain starts spinning and I can’t relax. I was rummaging in my bedside table the other day when I discovered a container of Badger Sleep Balm that I had forgotten about. An organic balm containing Essential Oils of Bergamot, Ginger, Rosemary, Lavender & Balsam Fir this Badger Balm (which has somehow taken on the unflattering nickname of ‘Badger Bum’ in our house!) helps calm your thoughts rather than knock you out, so you drift off to sleep more naturally. The first night I gently rubbed some on my temples and under my nose when I returned to bed after a pee break and was amazed at how quickly I drifted off again.
All Badger products are USDA certified organic and they also have a Night Night Balm for kids and toddlers (if you’re looking for a natural way to coax those little ones into the land of nod.)
Badger Balms sells for $10 for a 2oz tin and $5.50 for a 0.75oz tin.

I love this product! I actually use it all summer for my daughter, to help her unwind when it’s light out at 10pm!! We’ve made a whole routine of putting on her “night cream”. Good stuff!
oh i love you and you are my new best friend forever. i have a 9 yr old that has been having trouble getting to sleep these days and so i gave this product a try….it really seems to help! i was at such a loss since there was not way i was going to dope him up and we had already tried milk and herbal teas.
