A few weeks ago I heard about a new product from N.Y.C. called the IndividualEyes Custom Compact. It was an eyeshadow palette with four shadows, an eye primer and a highlighter/illuminator all for under $5. I immediately went out and picked one up.

IndividualEyes Custom Compact in Union Square for brown eyes
These palettes come in 3 different color combinations for brown, green and blue eyes. Since I have blue eyes I choose that palette but I think you shouldn’t be bound by that. In fact, I like the colors so much for the brown eyes, I’m thinking of picking that palette up soon.
I love that this palette comes with a visual aid on the back of the packaging showing which colors to apply on each part of the eyelid. This is great for beginners or people that aren’t used to using more than one or two shadows.

As far as staying power, I did notice that the colors weren’t as vibrant by the end of the day, but my days can be pretty long, about 15 hours, so that’s asking a lot.
Overall I think this is a great little palette with a lot to offer and a fantastic find for under $5.00.
Disclaimer: This post was not sponsored by N.Y.C. I purchased this product with my own money.

I the palette for blue eyes after your recommendation. It’s great; especially for the money!
I’m still getting the hang of using lid primer. I started too thick in the beginning.
Great recommendation!
Thanks for sharing. I watched your OOTD where you talked about this…went to the store and tried to remember which one it was and could not remember! Thanks…I will look for this now!
