Sometimes I think I’m the last person on earth to own a pair of Crocs. In fact, I still don’t have a pair of the instantly recognizable colorful foam sandals everyone knows as Crocs. I bought a pair for my son once, but when the daycare expressly forbid them (tripping hazard on the playground) I promptly took them back. But my friend Stephanie Click recently showed me a pair of Crocs that were more stylish and she said they were amazingly comfortable despite the two or three inch heel, so I had been thinking about trying them lately. So when I was offered the opportunity to try a pair of Crocs for review, I was shocked to find that they have way more than just the colorful foam shoes on their website. So I chose this adorable pair of stylish wedges that are branded You by Crocs.
These wedges are perfect for spring and summer. The website has an unbelievable eleven colors to choose from in this style but I liked the chocolate brown for its versatility. The best thing about these shoes is how incredibly comfortable they are. There is this cushioning system in the footbed that makes these feel like walking around on little pillows, despite the four inch heel. The leather straps are very supple and designed to require no breaking in. No blisters! I can easily walk around in these wedges all day without being uncomfortable.
Here is an example of just one outfit I plan to wear with these fabulous shoes this spring and summer. I just love the combination of chocolate browns and mango orange, a very hot color in fashion this season.
