What I Wore Wednesday

What Nicole Wore: blue sweater from Old Navy (2 years ago), curvy jeans from GAP, navy flats (not shown) from Bakers, Grey/Mustard/Navy headband made by me

Where: Running a few errands, but mostly just walking the dog, enjoying the 50 degree weather (heat wave!)

What Jo-Lynne Wore: gray skinny jeans/cords by Paige (picked them up at the Bloomingdales end of season sale in January) with black tank (Banana Repuublic) and purple cardi (Nordstrom, last winter). Black boots by Dansko and long chain necklace that I picked up at the LOFT Outlet. Oh! And my favorite grey leather bag (a gift from my mom last summer!)

Where: to a Philly Mom Blogger Event!

What Melissa wore: Drape Neck Sweater from LOFT (now on sale and an additional 40% off!), Dojo Flare Trouser in New York Dark by 7 For All Mankind, Black Leather Belt (probably 10 years old from Old Navy, I think), Watch by Fossil, Ellie Bootie by Matisse.

Where: out running errands and meeting a friend for coffee.

What Sarah Wore: My husband bought me this brightly colored top for my birthday at LOFT. The jeans are from New York and Co. and the shoes are by Rocketdog, found at Famous Footwear. All the jewelry, including the watch is Premier Designs.

Where: To the Houston Social Media Breakfast and my son’s end of season basketball party.

What Cita Wore: Ann Taylor sequin cardigan, Ann Taylor perfect tights, Ann Taylor pleated wool skirt (notice a theme? all from the sale rack in the last few years!), Ann Taylor gold necklace, Alfani basic knit tank (my new favorite for layering), Bass riding boots, gold earrings and bracelets (gifts)

Where: A day sight-seeing in Cleveland with my husband to celebrate our one-year anniversary!

What Tracy Wore: Ekaterina Dress from Matilda Jane Clothing. Black Cross Strappy heels from Indigo, Jeanna Pearl Jewelry from Stella and Dot, Ruffled crop cardigan from Target

What Valerie Wore: Crocheted rosette headband bought a local boutique.  Earrings borrowed from my mom.  Denim jacket is CAbi.  Dress is Target (last summer).  Boot socks (even though you can only see one) are TargetBracelet is Humanity.  Boots are by Diba and they are the “Never Enough”.

Where: I am getting towards the end of my first trimester in my second pregnancy and am trying to still look stylish while my body is rapidly changing (but not quite enough for maternity clothes).

What Grace Wore:  White House /Black Market black / silver lurex tunic top, winter white wide-leg pants by Express.  Accessories are bangles and circle bracelets by Target, silver earrings from a flea market on Cape Cod.  I wore two silk scarves with similar colorways.   Silver nails by Sallie Hansen.  Black patent sling back heels by Nine West.

Where: A reception held by the Headmaster of a local prep school.  I’d look thinner and taller if I wore narrower black pants, but I love the drama of white.  I chose to wear bigger earrings and leave my neck bare to elongate my neckline.  All these pieces are basics I’ve had forever that I can mix and match with just about anything!

Melissa — You need to do a tutorial here how to make that headband. It’s adorable! 🙂

    • It’s pretty simple, I LOVE headbands and started making my own since they’re so expensive to buy. Plus now I have every color so I’m always coordinated!!!

  3. Tracy, that is an amazing dress! something I could never…would never wear but fabulously boho!
