Fashion Friday Series: Fashionista on a Budget

You don’t have to splurge to look amazing. Today we’re starting a series on how to look fabulous on a budget. There are so many great stores that enable you to look totally on trend while saving tons of money. Our favorites?

Kohls is terrific (especially the Simply Vera Wang and Jennifer Lopez collections!) especially when you combine sales with using your Kohls charge. You can save a bundle! Most of these pieces are under $50 – not on sale!

I am having terrific luck at Old Navy lately – check out the faux leather jacket for only $50!

Another brand you might not have tried – Zara. All you need to know is that Middleton sisters love Zara! Its a little pricer – but most things are under $100.

H&M
is always a favorite of mine. Perfect for trends, but they are tending to have more classic/traditional pieces so people can wear them when their over 24. Look at all these outfits – many of these pieces are under $20. Seriously!

h&m - favorite cheap chic brand!

And of course, Target has stylish clothes! Designer collaborations aside, it’s a great place to pick up basics that get replaced frequently, like layering pieces, or trendy pieces to spice up your wardrobe for an affordable price.

And don’t leave out places like T.J. Maxx, Nordstrom Rack and Last Call Neiman Marcus! Where are your favorite places to score bargain pieces?

  1. I have been shopping Old Navy shoes for years and they are a great budget fashion forward find. I so wish there was a Kohl’s near me. 🙁 However, in all there isn’t 1 thing above I wouldn’t buy. Great stuff.

  2. love love love all your outfits…though the Zara one may be my favorite! For the last ten months, I’ve been hosting a weekly fashion link-up too…it’s called Friday’s Fancies! You ladies should stop by 🙂 have a great week! xoxo {av}
