30 Day Challenge: Closet Chic Week 3

This week was easier. I really thought that I would have a harder time the further in I got, but after week two, I really wanted to challenge myself to be creative and to really think about what my style is and how to make it happen with what I’ve already got {not that I don’t plan on purging and adding new things once this is over}. Let’s get to it, shall we? 

1. Top, Bracelet, and Scarf  – Forever21, Skinny Jeans – AEO, Flats – Bakers Shoes.

2. Cardigan and Tank – Gap, Scarf – H&M, Belt – Forever21, Skinny Jeans – AEO, Boots – Bakers Shoes.

3. Blazer – Zara, Sweaterdress – Tulle, Black Jeggings – AEO, Scarf – H&M, Boots – Bakers Shoes.

4.Cardigan – Express, T-shirt and Jeans – AEO, Scarf – gift, Belt – Forever21,  Boots – Bakers Shoes.

5. Turtleneck – Gap, Scarf and Necklace – Forever 21, Jeggings – AEO, Boots- Bakers Shoes.

6. Jacket – Tulle, Tank – Gap, Scarf – H&M, Jeggings – AEO, Boots – Bakers Shoes.

7. Sweater & Shirt – AEO, Belt – Forever21, Jeggings – AEO, Flats – Gap.

8. Sweater Cardi – Express, T-shirt – Zara, Necklace – Forever21, Headband – Whippycake, Skinny Jeans – AEO, Flats – Bakers Shoes

What a great concept, but sadly only something a SAHM would have the time or energy to actually do…I think week 3 was the best so far…..simply because, to summarize, in 3 weeks which is 21 days, only 3 days did you actually wear something different other then skinny pants in boots!? When there are so many other options out there for pants and shoes of different looks, currently “in style”, leg widths, heal heights, shoe/boots etc, that I would look into this if I were you, clearly this is “your look” and I wear it too, but not to death, really?!, 18 out of 21 days?!?!…when this trend dies, and it will, you may find yourself with a grossly lacking wardrobe, or looking seriously outdated…just “Speaking my Mind”!
