What We Wore This Week 12.14.11

What Grace Wore: Copper gathered front, scoop-neck tee from Banana Republic, black/charcoal knit cardigan by Pow Wow, double-layer silk scarf in red, copper and gray stripes. Worn over Ann Taylor wool pants. See my posts Crazy for Copper and How to Wear Stripes!

Where: to a Christmas brunch with the women of my church.

In front of our small wreath

What Jo-Lynne Wore: Merino Marled Cowlneck from Banana Republic with a cream colored tank underneath and gray fine-wale corduroy jeans by Paige (similar style) and gray UGGs. It’s a lot of gray, but I was going for a monochromatic look. I think I need to invest in some cream-colored boot socks to break the gray jeans and gray boots a bit.

Where: running errands and working from home. (Pay no nevermind to the pile of laundry in the background! That’s just how we roll around here.)

what Jo-Lynne wore

What Sarah wore: This black dress from Style & Co. was a steal at Macy’s, and I jazzed it up with a pink scarf and my Mossimo for Target tights and shoes. The necklace and bracelet were from Premier Designs, and the black beaded earrings are Lia Sophia. I got the monogrammed Kelly bag on a trip to Florence, Italy many years ago, but I save it for special occasions.

What Melissa Wore: cardigan was a recent purchase from Loft (on super sale, I think it ended up being around $7), white tee and scarf also from Loft (2 years ago) paired with flare jeans from Gap and ruffle ballet flats and skinny belt from Target. I wore this out running errands and to an event at school.

What Priscilla Wore: My top is a 2 layer sequined black tank (under $30) from The Limited and my skirt is from Express ($59).  If you hue Express your email address you get great coupons so I only ended up paying $50 for both items.  My girls have on matching dresses from Costco $20 each.  We all have on Me Too flats from Nordstrom, but you can’t see those.  My hair accessory is a “Fascinator headband” from a friend who travels often and she picked it up in Belgium.  However, Nordstrom sells them ranging from $20-$40.

What Cita Wore: I found this gorgeous blue sweater dress at Marshall’s for about $20. The boots are the $5 Nine West ones I found at a thrift store last year. Basic black tights – still haven’t found a pair I love – from Macy’s (DNKY, I think). The earrings are my favorite! Swarovski crystal dangles – a bridesmaid gift I received about three years ago.

What Trina Wore: Basic black turtleneck from CAbi, Kasil trouser jeans from a Hautelook sale and my Seychelles booties {similar}.  I jazzed it up with a faux leopard fur coat {similar} and the Pin Up necklace from Jewelmint and a necklace I made {that broke while I was grocery shopping that day, so this is how I made it work the rest of the day}.  Top it off with some red lipstick {True Red by Revlon} and you’ve got yourself some drama.

Where: Wore Sunday to church and shopping afterward.
