Best Ways to Use Coupon Codes

You know my secret to saving tons of money on clothes? Shopping online with coupons. It is SO frustrating when you get to the checkout and see a space asking for your coupon code… and you don’t have one. But don’t give up – just look for one!

Open a second browser window for your search so that you can keep the shopping cart window open and paste the code there later. Search for “(name of store) coupon code” or “(name of store) discount code.” Sometimes you will find a coupon code from the store itself on a coupon blog or website. Most likely, you’ll come to a site that specializes in coupon codes. There are tons of free Coupon Codes websites out there! Take advantage  – its like free money!

Say you were shopping at Maurices – a great store for picking up the latest trends on the cheap. By searching Coupons for Maurices, I just found a code for 20% off!

For 20 seconds of work, that is totally worth it!

You can find codes for just about anything under the sun when you look – especially specialty brands. We found a 29% off promo code for Long Tall Sally, a specialty online store for women 5’8″ and taller, with everything perfectly proportioned for longer bodies and legs. Just because you have a special size, you shouldn’t have to pay more!!

Don’t forget to check for coupon codes for electronics, furniture – even sporting goods! Try this coupon code for Tillys – they have a huge range of surf and skate clothing and accessories to men, woman and kids! Take advantage of a big sale to stock up for the holidays or a birthday!

Remember to check when there are multiple codes reflecting different deals, to be sure to find the one that will save the most money. 30% off full price items may end up saving you more than a straight 10% off your purchase depending on what is in your cart! To make sure that a code is current, check for an expiration date or comments noting the last date that the coupon was successfully used.

Its such an easy way to save a few dollars – and makes shopping online an even better way to save money!
