I found Blush Mamas a few months ago and its a site I come back to every week! Jodi does an amazing job of mixing beauty tips, fashion and family into a great site. She has great beauty tips every week that are a must read! Jodi is a licensed esthetician and certified makeup artist, so her expertise is just waiting for you! She also hosts a Monday Makeup Mingle that you should join in!

Everyone meet Jodi:

1.      How do you describe your style?
My style is classic and elegant (when I decide to ditch the yoga pants and get dressed!). I’m drawn to timeless pieces like blazers and great fitting jeans. When I shop or blog about fashion I strive for simple and wearable outfits any busy mom on the go can rock and feel fabulous!
2.      What’s your favorite thing in your closet?
My handbag collection! I love all kinds of bags, from colorful little summer bags, to large carry all satchels for my mommy essentials. From expensive designer bags, to inexpensive straw and canvas totes, they are all fun and useful in their own way!
3.      What was your ‘best buy’ story?

My Paige Premium jeans are perfect in every way. I purchased them at my local designer consignment shop for $65 instead of over $200!

They fit as if they were tailored just for me, with just a hint of stretch for total comfort with flats as I shuttle the kids to their activities. The dark rinse looks so elegant when I dress them up with heels, and makes my legs look long and lean.

They are my ultimate consignment score!

4.    What are your favorite stores to shop?
I am a bargain hunter! I love the thrill of finding quality items at TJ Maxx and Marshall’s for less than the department stores. I also regularly visit my local designer consignment boutique to see what new pieces they have. I have been pleasantly surprised at the number of clothing items that are new with tags for a fraction of the retail price!
5.       Name the most valuable tool in your makeup/skincare bag:
Bobbi Brown’s creamy concealer is essential for tired moms on the go! It can mask dark circles and brighten tired eyes with just a touch on the undereye and inner corner areas.
