Ladies, meet the most innovative thing to happen to ponytails since, like, ever. Instead of rubber bands, that damage hair and leave that annoying post pony tail “bump” – these ribbon ties are gentle on hair and look terrific while doing it!

These are made by Emi-Jay from a soft and stretchy material that has been hand-dyed and knotted. Remington and Goody also make them, so pick some up on your next Target run and you’ll be sold!

My biggest problem is that i am disabled and on dissability on a very low fixed income. Being sick, i stay in bed a lot and it makes my hair a mess. What would you suggest for me to do with my hair when i do have to stay in bed for long amounts of time? I have long hair, it is fine and i have bangs which i messed up horribly cutting them myself. I used to have very thick hair, but the long stays in bed caused such a tangled mess that when trying to brush my hair so much came out with all the knots and matted hair. it looks duul and i want to look pretty but being on such a lox fixed income, i do not have the money to go to the salon to get it trimmed and maybe a different style, i want to keep it long. I also do not have the money for the hair care products and that is also true for skin care , makeup and clothes which causes me to be even more depressed. Do you have any suggestions for me? I really need help.
Thanks for reading,
Stephanie
