My Style Genie

Ladies, meet : both a personal shopper and personal stylist. You can shop on My Style Genie – sort by item, color, brands, price – its like looking on 20 stores at once! Very cool – but we’ve seen that before, right?

What makes My Style Genie unique is that it also helps you make the most of what you already have: Enter your style and brand preferences, upload pictures (or find similar items) of what you already have in your closet, and My Style Genie will pick out outfits styled just for you.  How awesome is that? I seriously have way too many clothes and get into such ruts, don’t you?

For example, I always wear the pink blazer with the lace top and the trouser jeans. But my style genie suggested pairing it with a polka dot sweater, skinny jeans and ankle boots. Um… sure! How cute is that!?!? Its great to have someone look at your closet and pick out new outfits from what you already have. Saves me money for sure!

And thank you, MSG, for allowing us to pick TWO personal styles! I don’t know about you, but I do not dress in one style all the time. Sometimes I’m in ruffles, sometimes I’m preppy, sometimes I’m in yoga pants and forget to shower… Wait, “Tired Mom” is not a style option in My Style Genie. But I like that you can really get your personality to show, even if its not always the same.

They work with fabulous retailers like Nordstrom and Neiman Marcus so the outfit options are on-trend and fabulous. There’s also a social component so you can share your MSG outfits with your friends. You can even track your outfits and create a virtual wardrobe to guarantee you’ll never be caught wearing the same outfit twice (the worst of all fashion crimes).
