Fashion Friday: Fall’s Most Wearable Trends

September is next week and Fashion Week is almost upon us… we’re officially in fall fashion season, folks!!

Join me in a cartwheel, won’t you?

This fall the trends are all over the map – and the 700 page fall fashion issues of your favorite magazines will prove it! But lets pick out a few favorites that you may already have in your closet!

Animal Prints: They’re not only still here, but they are everywhere! I highly recommend snagging an animal print purse, shoes or scarf. Its a minimal investment and you will be RIGHT on trend. I love my python bag from Stella & Dot!

Emerald Green: The Pantone color of the year is perfect for fall.  I’ve been rocking this fabulous emerald purse all year!

And speaking of purses…

Structured Handbags are also huge this fall. Very classy and an absolute classic: this is an investment piece, Ladies!  But, check out the Philip Lim collection for Target to try this trend of the treat.

Colorful Coats are adding pops of color where everything was neutral. Bulk up your coat collection this fall with something bright! I can’t recommend it enough!

Printed dresses are also cropping up everywhere this fall. You can go wrong with something like a DVF wrap! I got this one on consignment for only $35. – one of my best consignment scores ever!

What are your favorite fall trends?

  1. Great information. Lucky me I recently found
your website by chance (stumbleupon). I have book marked it for later!

  2. I’m so excited about all of these trends. I recently grabbed a faux snake skin coral bag on clearance and I can’t wait to wear it all fall and winter.

  3. I LOVE love love your bag 🙂

  4. Love that bag! I have open toe snakeskin flats from two years ago that I am so glad are still ‘in.” Love the emerald green color, too. Green is one of my fave colors but I tend to go for apple green.
