Winter Fitness Wear with SkirtSports

SkirtSports began in 2003 when founder Nicole DeBoom saw herself in a storefront window and thought, “Who’s that boy? Oh, wait, that’s me!” At that moment began her quest to look fit and feminine. The following year, Nicole created the first-ever women’s fitness skirt, turning heads when winning the Ironman Wisconsin in a prototype of the original Race Belt Skirt. And SkirtSports was born!

I discovered SkirtSport when training for my first sprint triathlon. Not surprisingly though, they also cover running, cycling, yoga, golf, and pilates. And they’ve even got you set for winter wear with their Ice Queen collection.

The windproof and water resistant Ice Queen Ultra outfit is loaded with features to keep you warm, dry, and organized. It features a zip-off hood, underarm vents, three zip pockets, skirt and leggings with three built-in pockets, and reflective elements to keep you safe in lower lights.

You can purchase the Ice Queen Ultra Jacket for $160 and the Ice Queen Ultra Skirt for $135.

How do you keep warm when exercising outdoors in the winter?
