Elizabeth & Clarke Spring Collection | Perfect, Affordable Basics for Spring

Its Elizabeth & Clarke time!! My second Elizabeth & Clarke box arrived just in time for spring style. My box from winter was amazing and all the pieces ended up in my wardrobe all winter long! The spring collection is a breath of fresh air after a long winter of dark colors and heavy sweaters.

Elizabeth & Clarke is the perfect answer to finding great basics without spending a fortune. They design, develop, and manufacture their own line of basics (using the same factories as the big designer brands in some cases) and then only sell the collection online, eliminating the middleman and the need for expensive physical stores. Thus, every season, they offer up a selection of great-quality $30 blouses.

$30, you guys. (And that’s if you buy one. If you buy more, they get even cheaper!)

And I loved EVERYTHING in my box for spring!

First, meet The Shannon. This silky, classic v-neck is sleeveless and has delicate knife pleats around the neckline. Its a double layer of fabric in both front and back, eliminating the need for wearing layers underneath (which I’ll appreciate come summer!) Its a great piece on its own, but for a rainy spring day, its perfect for layering under a blazer.

Then the Cady. Very chic – its a button down that’s way more than your average blouse! The gorgeous lace-covered sleeves and collar really take the style up a notch, keeping is basic enough to wear to work, but dressy enough for a night out. Its also slightly longer in the back, so its super cute to wear casual, untucked with some boyfriend jeans. I love the extra button they added at the bust to avoid “the gap.” That’s the attention to detail I keep finding with Elizabeth & Clarke – it really shows their commitment to quality!

And finally, my favorite, The Stephens. I am totally IN LOVE with this shirt! Its super soft (model, with a hint of stretch) with an asymmetrical hem. What I love is the gathering – it takes something as comfy as your favorite t-shirt and makes it super chic! It goes with everything and it looks fabulous!
