In the winter my skin gets crazy, weird dry. I’ve tried extra-strength everything but either end up as greasy as a greased pig or it was so thick that half an hour later my clothes would stick to me. Then I came across what we affectionately call in our house the ‘goat cream’:

Its Canus Goats Milk Moisturizing Lotion and its amazing. Goats milk has a reputation for softening skin while moisturizing – Cleopatra is rumoured to have bathed in it and if its good enough for her I suppose it’s good enough for me! 😉 Most products nowadays use dried goats’ milk but Canus uses a concentrated formula from fresh goats milk. And the goat feed they use is free from transgenic content (GMOs) and hormonal agents which keeps my green side happy.
This lotion is silky smooth, incredibly moisturizing but not sticky and I can actually get dressed as soon as I use it. But the best thing for me is that my husband noticed a significant difference in my skin and if a product can make my husband notice then I will use it forever!

And how, pray tell, does it smell? Because I’m all for it unless I’m gonna walk around leaving the lingering aroma of goat cheese behind me. 🙂
Good point! When I read your comment I was away from home and had to wrack my brain to try and remember what it smelled like – which is obviously a good sign because I would remember if I smelled like (a) a goat or (b) goat cheese!
I took a big sniff last night and it has a very light, almost non-exisitant, lotion-y smell which fades really quickly!
