What Jo-Lynne Wore: gray cowl neck sweater (Banana Republic, a few years ago), Paige Premium Hidden Hills Straight Leg jeans (Nordstrom, last fall) with jewelry by Studio Jewel and red pumps by You by Crocs.
Where: To church. I also wore this outfit with black boots to the Lilly Pulitzer Store Opening Event last week.
I like the proportion the longer sweater gives me when I’m wearing heels. I’m leggy, so I try not to wear my tops too short when I have on heels. The dark wash jeans are great for dressing up, and these shoes are the most comfortable pumps I’ve ever sunk my feet into. I highly recommend the You by Crocs brand.
What Melissa Wore: sheath dress from Target (a bargain I picked up last year, here’s a similar one!), nude peeptoe booties from Kohls (on sale and with my 30% off coupon, they were just $20!) and bracelet from Bold Rocks (behind Kelly’s back! Sorry!).
What Kelly Wore: Jacquard Flounce Dress by Jason Wu, Black Platform Heels by Brian Atwood
Where: To the Charti-Tea event at the Plaza Hotel with Electrolux, raising awareness for Ovarian Cancer Research Fund.
I love this dress! I picked it up on a whim last summer in Target. I think it cost $27. It is fully lined, doesn’t wrinkle and its machine washable. (Really!) I wore it at BlogHer to the party in Ralph Lauren’s Headquarters and got tons of compliments on it. With this color, I can wear it pretty much year round, too. Talk about a great investment! I’ve totally gotten my money’s worth with this one!
What Sarah Wore: Black cotton wrap blouse from Ann Taylor and grey trousers by Michael Kors. This black wrap blouse is very figure flattering and the pants have a tiny bit of stretch to them which also makes them supremely slimming.
Black suede booties by Mossimo from Target. Bracelet and watch are by Premier Designs, and I can’t remember where the earrings are from.
Where: to church!
What Tracy Wore: Josie skirt from Matilda Jane Clothing, Tank from Matilda Jane Clothing, Ballet Sweater from the Gap, Pin and jewelry from May Baby on Etsy. The Josie skirt is from Matilda Jane’s Spring collection – but it is so fun to wear it now, even with snow on the ground, with a fun neutral sweater and boots.
Where: Worn to a Matilda Jane trunk show
What Cita Wore: White Caché turtleneck bought years ago for about $15, blue scoopneck dress from who knows where, from who knows how many years ago, Ann Taylor cotton leggings, Nine West boots bought at a thrift store for $5. The Ilaria Perú silver necklace was a Christmas gift from my grandmother, and the silver hoop earrings are from Macy’s sale rack years ago.
Where: To work.
I’ve recently lost a bit of weight (yes!) so am enjoying wearing clothes I haven’t been able to wear all winter, like this lovely dress. It’s too cold to wear without leggings and boots, and I love my Caché turtlenecks for their easy layering. I don’t tend to change up my jewelry very frequently – this necklace and these earrings have been staples since Christmas, they work well with almost any outfit!
What Moriah Wore: Gray ruffle drapey cardi from Marshalls, the brand is Storm. I couldn’t find anything about them online. Cami from motherhood maternity, jeans are 7 for all mankind, silver flats are Me Too, style Marlo (the closest I could find is these but my bow is a little different) bought also at Marshall’s. The pin I’ve had for several years now and love, from The Pleated Poppy.
The cami is the only technically maternity thing I’m wearing. 🙂 Cardis are great because they can go both ways and my jeans just happen to be low enough that I can still wear them.
What Cristie Wore: Sweater and pants from CABI Factory Outlet Spring, shoes by Jessica Simpson, Rio Triple Strand Coin Necklace from Stella & Dot, the Carnival Stretch Bracelets, Spring 2011, and vintage bangles.
Where: Worn to a Girls Lunch Out networking event.
What Grace Wore: Black knit tunic top with bell sleeves and purple floral print by Apt. 9 (Kohl’s,) kelly green cami, stretch black boot cut jeans by Faded Glory, all from thrift stores. Multi-strand shell and chain necklace. “Barina” suede boots by Bandolino. I’m showing a red Tignanello bag, but I decided it was one too many color, and changed to the black Mia Paoli bag.
Where: Lunch with a friend.
I love tunics in general but this one is a real fave! Even thought it has flared sleeves and flares out at the body (to hide my tummy,) it isn’t too flouncy or too bulky for my frame because of how it is fitted across the chest. I made sure that I wore pants that were snug at the thighs, like this boot cut, so that I wouldn’t look wide or sloppy.
