Word on the street (or in my email inbox) is that white is a must-have wardrobe staple this spring.
Last year I bought a Lucky Brand white handbag that I enjoyed carrying. It wasn’t a bright white – it had just a hint of bone, which keeps the white modern – we’re not talking 80s white here. I am so excited to dust off my white bag and start carrying it again. In fact, I just dug it out of my closet to take this picture and I think it’s here to stay for a while!
White is great because it goes with everything, and it brightens up even the drabbest outfit. (And that outfit is pretty drab, let’s face it.)
A white shoe is another great wardrobe staple this spring. White and nude shoes are everywhere, and again, they’re so versatile!

If you’re really daring, go for a pair of white jeans. I love my white cropped jeans that I picked up at the Gap last year.
Or if white jeans aren’t your thing, a white denim jacket is crisp and goes with everything.
