If anyone knows shoes, it’s SJP. Her “Sex and the City” character, Carrie Bradshaw, was notorious for her love of shoes, especially Manolo Blahniks. “Men I may not know, but shoes – shoes I know.”
So, what took so long? “I’ve been thinking of doing this for years but never found the right fit,” says actress turned shoe designer Sarah Jessica Parker. “Everything needed to align, from quality to price point.” Shoe prices range from $200-$500.

The highly anticipated will debut exclusively at selected Nordstrom stores and on February 28 with Italian-made shoes and other wardrobe must-haves designed by actress and style icon Sarah Jessica Parker.
These shoes are gorgeous! But they also have a special, quaint touch from SJP’s childhood – a grosgrain ribbon running up the back seam of the heels or a tiny ribbon tab on the side of the flats.
“The thing is,” she says, “when I was growing up, we really didn’t have two nickels to rub together, but my mother always made sure that my sisters and I had two grosgrain ribbons in our hair. The rule was that we ironed them every single morning. We even had a special bureau dedicated to hair ribbons.”
