The dry cold winter months can be brutal on your face. The key to super-soft and well-moisturized skin vitamin E! Just use dime-size amount of vitamin E oil on your face under your moisturizer every night. You will feel a little greasy, but your face will thank you in the morning. Trust me!

Oil Up

Try this tip to repair and revitalize skin; apply a few teaspoons of 100 percent extra-virgin olive oil onto the dry, freshly cleansed face and neck in a circular motion before your night cream. (Just avoid the eye area.) Massaging your face with olive oil or almond oil every night before going to bed will prevent dry skin and will naturally hydrate skin throughout the night

Eat healthy.

Your body needs protein, vitamins and minerals to keep your skin healthy. Eat a diet rich in fruits, vegetables and whole grains, and drink plenty of water to help keep your skin hydrated.

Sleep.

If you’re not getting enough sleep, or the quality of your sleep is poor, your complexion will become puffy, lack lustre and look sallow.

I would love to hear your recommendations for combating dry weather effects!
